Can you work with our venue's events team?

Yes. We can send insurance certificates, PAT certificates and risk assessments ahead of events, and we'll agree access, parking and set-up times with your venue before the day.

Good to know

• Delivery, set-up and collection are included within 70 miles of Aylesbury (HP18). Beyond that it's 50p per mile each way.
• Your date is secured once you've booked through our booking portal and paid the booking fee. The balance is due 21 days before your event.
• We need parking for a medium-sized van within 50m of the venue, and one spot to set up in.
• Fully insured and PAT tested, with risk assessments ready for your venue.
