Booking questions
How do I book?
Start by checking your date. We'll confirm availability and a quote, then you complete your booking through our booking portal. Your booking is confirmed once the booking fee is paid.
Is there a booking fee?
Yes. The Magic Mirror, Selfie Pod and Telephone Audio Guest Book have a non-refundable booking fee of £100. The wedding post box has a non-refundable booking fee of £25.
When is the balance due?
The remaining balance is due in full 21 days before your event.
How far do you travel?
Delivery, set-up and collection are included within 70 miles of Aylesbury (HP18). Beyond that there's a surcharge of 50p per mile each way.
Can we personalise the prints?
Absolutely. Choose from our vintage pod and magic mirror templates and we'll add your names, date, pictures or logo.
What do you need from the venue?
A parking space for a medium-sized van within 50m of the venue, a clear and safe route in, and enough space to set up in one spot. Please check your venue is happy for the equipment to be used, and let us know about stairs or long carries in advance.
Can we keep the booth running for longer?
Yes. If you'd like extra time on the night, additional hours can be paid to the attendant by cash or card before the extra time starts. Idle hours are also available at £30 per hour if you let us know when booking.
Are you insured?
Yes. We hold public liability insurance and our equipment is PAT tested. You can view the certificates and our risk assessments on the insurance & safety page.
