Can you set up at a riverside or country venue?

Usually, yes. We need a dry, level spot with access to power, such as a marquee, barn or function room, and parking for a medium-sized van within 50m. Tell us about long walks or steps when you check your date.

Good to know

• Delivery, set-up and collection are included within 70 miles of Aylesbury (HP19). Beyond that it's 50p per mile each way.
• Your date is secured once you've booked through our booking portal and paid the booking fee. The balance is due 21 days before your event.
• We need parking for a medium-sized van within 50m of the venue, and one spot to set up in.
• Fully insured and PAT tested, with risk assessments ready for your venue.
