How It Works

Capture-Me will arrive at your venue and set up the booth, and any add-ons to be ready to take photos at your contracted start time. Once your booth is open, you and your guests can hop right in as many times as you like throughout your event!

Set Up Time

This varies, just like venues. It usually takes around 45 minutes, so we will make sure we arrive at the venue in plenty of time before the start of your hire to allow us to setup and be ready. The setup and break down time is not normally counted as part of your hire time. Please let us know if there is anything at the venue that could extend the setup time, such as long distances from the delivery point to the setup point, or perhaps having to go up stairs. This way we can arrange to arrive a little earlier. We carry Public Liability Insurance to £5 million.

We  provide custom backdrops with almost anything on them by using our green screen feature. This allows any backdrop to be digitally inserted behind your guests

The Photo Booth

Each photo session will take approx. four photos (or the number of photos specified by your custom design).  In between photos guests will have time to change poses and preview themselves on our screen before the next shot.

Each photo session will produce a 4×6 photo  for each guest in the picture.  This is included in all our booth rentals – no extra charge!  Photos  are printed immediately following the end of each session (approximately 15 seconds).

(also know as a memories album)
Our most popular wedding item, our guest books make the perfect keepsake. They give guests a chance to leave heartfelt messages that you will treasure. How does it work? The photo booth prints out an extra copy of each print. Guests are then encouraged to place it in the book along with a message for the happy couple. Prices include pens, the guest book and an extra print of every photo taken in the booth for you to keep.
